This procedure secures your name. This is open and free, you are under no obligation to proceed any further. The second step is the paid reservation, confirming you are definitely ready to purchase. This requires that you make a USD15k payment securing your pre-order. At that point you are issued a legal invoice, it’s a number like a passcode, that you will need to open the gateway to complete your VIP purchase of choice.
Reservation is primarily about you not losing the VIP opportunity. It also gives you time to organise your funds and determine the VIP Type you will buy.

The first payment is the USD15k reservation fee, this consists of the GMS Ballot Reservation Fee of USD5k and the GMS Establishment Fee of USD10k, that you need to make when you are ready. This assures you that you can own a VIP of your choice. Once paid it is not refundable.
The combined second payment is for the VIP licence, plus the third payment is for the advanced rentals payable on the valuable licensed asset of ICONCOIN that your VIP is allocated. When these full amounts have been paid only then can your VIP become active and the Equity value start increasing.
The purpose of the Ballot registration is to give YOU the time from the date of submitting your registration for ballot and when you need to pay the reservation fee. This period of 6-7 weeks also gives you time in which to organise any money needed to buy the VIP you want, without losing your position in the VIP buyer’s ballot queue.
You will be sent reminders every 7-days. Until you pay the registration fee, or if you discard your registration, this automatically cancels/removing your enquiry forever.
Once you have paid the minimum first rental instalment on the VIP you have decided to buy, GMS provide further rental payment options. These are accessible via your VIP business dashboard.
It is important that you turn your attention to the predicted future values as shown in the Equity Chart. Note that the first pay-out at month 49 end. This is estimated to be ± twice the value of the VIP sum you paid to get started.
The VIP is a real business. It is autonomous; hence its hands-off operational systems work 24/7 so you don’t have to, making it the most perfect business to own in this world.
The priority purchase is the Type5 VIP. All VIP purchases after the USD15k ballot reservation fee has been paid, must also then have the VIP license fee plus the allocation of ICONCOIN paid in full. The rent payable on the VIPs allocation of ICONCOIN will need a minimum of 10% paid to make your VIP operational. The balance should be paid as soon as possible as until it is, the VIPs equity earning remains in limbo.
